It is controlled automatically by computer program from the opening of the feed to the carding and forming, the laying of the net, and the grinding of the quilts. It is suitable for mass production.
Production process:
Material opening - automatic feeding - air suction feeding - cotton sheet forming - automatic mesh laying - cutting and binding - front and back grinding forming
